I know. it's just that I always get a little something for everybody. I just stressed myself out. I don't know why. there are still 2 more weeks until Christmas. my son just really wants that hamster and I don't feel right giving my mom and sis and nieces something and not my dad. as it is I'm not getting my nephew anything. the one niece is getting a stuffed pig because I (stupidly) promised her one a month ago so she would leave mine alone. the other niece is getting something because her folks are getting a few gifts for my son. my sister is getting something because she always does, plus my parents live with her and that is where we'll be Christmas morning. and yes, I am one of those people that, when I am given a gift, I am strongly compelled to get them something back.
----------
besides, I've had nothing to eat all day, so my emotions are everywhere right now. ;)

Lionheart: I haven't played any of the gem/color version besides Emerald, which I own. Pokemon FTW. I have such fun naming them xD

Hah, very true. I guess we're having chili & cornbread tonight. Mmm I can smell it! Yes it is O.O I'm trying to keep up. And speaking of gifts, we're not doing much within our family, just small stuff. I'm mostly looking forward to the tree :'3

I have yet to get a tree myself, though I have one in the works, made from yarn, my main obsession. Just have to crochet the bottom, stuff it, and add the fuzzies to make it look like a real tree.

Muse had to go, because she's decorating her tree with her family at home!
Luna: We haven't gotten one either, we'll probably wait until either the 17th or later. Because that's my mom's birthday and the day my younger sister comes home from college. WHAT? A crocheted christmas tree? ;w; How cute!

okay, I just saw my neighbor pull up and I went outside to catch her before she went in her house to tell her about the gift card ebay thing only to find out she was heading for my house anyway. so we talked about it and I gave her the cash to cover what I have bought so far and she's taking that to the bank and will pay for the stuff when she gets home.
that only leaves contacting the gift card people for a refund and going back to Wal-Mart to return the toy so I can afford the hamster and then giving my neighbor more money to take my kid shopping to buy me stuff. then I can cash my check and have the refund money with only my dad still to shop for.
I ate a breakfast danish so now my stomach isn't as upset and I am calming down.
----------
I would make my dad something for Christmas but I have no idea what to make for him.

Yeah, it's small, but we have a small apartment, and little money to spend until four days before Christmas, so there's really no sense in buying anything other than lights. And I can get those for $3 a box. i'll be making the decorations as well.

White/Black is the best Pokemon generation EVER. OF ALL TIME.
This is my second time, I played Black up past the league, in completely Japanese so I had no idea what was going on.
And now I've got White with a v7 English Patch, so far only some minor bits are left untranslated, the main story arch has been fully English, and very well done too.

MULE TIME! So don't be confused y'all~
Luna: Homemade stuff is special! We have some decorations for the tree that we made as kids and stuff. We're kind of tight on money too, but we've got a two month old baby: we'll call that our family gift ;D And we'll do the tree plus we make & decorate sugar cookies every year.

*dances with Bella*
I have just enough yarn that I could make something cute for a baby! but we don't have any new babies this year. our youngest "baby" is 4 years old.
we still use Christmas ornaments that our Grandmother made us when we were kids. they rock!

most of the ones we made as kids had some sort of metal involved, like pipe cleaners or push pins, and all of that rusted and ruined them. Grandma used beads and fishing line. VERY complicated patterns too!

my brother was talking about instead of having Christmas they go do a trip. he figures rather than trying to scrape what little money they have to buy each other a couple of cheap gifts when they can just use the whole thing and get a motel someplace awesome. I mean, who is gonna remember the Christmas when you only got two tiny things, or the trip to the ocean for a Christmas?
