Yeah, that's kind of what I was thinking, the banner could use some new "faces" to represent UP. I have a folder with all the winners' avatars so I was thinking a new one could be made using those? (Sorry Hime xD<3)

I personally don't care about what's in the new banner. To include avatars would make sense since this is in the AC, but at the same time people tend to get miffed if they're not included or it might reinforced the AC clique of regulars vs. whomever. Then again I don't think much can be done to avoid that anyways. XD

I agree with Ferra.
The people that win tend to be the same people over and over (with obvious acceptions in between), so the banner would end up with mostly the same people on there, just with lots of versions of their avis.

I wouldn't mind. Votes and nominations are based on quality. Just popularity and bribes can't make you win. They deserve it.

They do deserve it, but I also think that it tends to also be that the people that do vote for User's Pick tend to have very similar taste.

Thats actually a rather good idea. :)

Maybe we could get a bunch of options for a new banner, and have User put them up somewhere in the first post and then have a poll on which one people would prefer.
