I decided I am going home on the next bus. I do not feel good, I feel fainty and my muscles hurt. I think that is a good reason to skip 3hrs of class.....even if one of those hours is for marks

Ana; Feel better. Your health is most important. Make sure to get something to eat and get some rest. Drink lots of fluids too. You might be dehydrated.

xD On days that I go to work I get about 6-7k steps in, but I'm trying to bump it up to 10,000 a day, whether i"m at work or not.
