i guess i just feel so good on the diet im on, and i lost weight and am losing fat (but not weight) right now and i just look and feel awesome. everyday i love myself a little more and i want you to feel that way too. im just so much more healthy.

Right now with everything going on the fact I can do anything is amazing.

you can do it! just take small steps. everyday try to do something, no matter how small it is, to make yourself a little better tomorrow than you were yesterday.

like today, im going to bake a cake and i learned from the last time i baked it to take out some from the recipes and make cupcakes because it makes more than my cake pan can hold.

*nods* I have to work today. Yesterday I didn't have work but I went and worked out at senior center.

It's alright don't worry. What I've found to currently be helpful is complimenting other people. It helps me feel better.
