Looks like I can't use my GPS because there is no SD card in it and I can't just replace it because you can't download the files for it. :/

maybe you can get the sim card or the files from them.
explain the situation.

I bought the GPS on ebay. Apparently it didn't come with the SD card with the documents that make it work.
I've checked their website and they do not offer the files so you can replace it.
I'm screwed.

i really dislike when people pawn their 'junk' off on others.
but at the website try customer service because it never hurts to ask.
they may want to show some good customer service for word of mouth.

, but I didn't think that meant the SD card that makes the thing WORK.

I will get charged more than just shipping if I return it.
