Oh, actually I don't have the banner yet, I'm just gonna start looking for someone to do it for me then ^^

And winter, if you can't get anything like Photoshop you should at least get Paint.net! It's free and super easy to use, it's still a bit basic but it's better than paint at least and it has layers.

Mine is a wacom bamboo too. Its tiny and works pretty well, but it acts differently if you have it plugged, unplug-it, and then plug it back in.

I like what you ended up doing with the mouth.

Does anyone know some good recipes for cantaloupe, bananas, oranges, or watermelon? I just got back from a BBQ, and they sent me home with all the extra fruit (a lot) so i'm trying to find yummy recipes for them so they dont go to waste.
I'm finding some good ones online, but I was curious if you guys know of any good ones.

Gimp is another downloadable online free thing.

Is paint.net really that great?
I tried it for a day, couldn't really figure out how to control the pressure/ brush size.

Fruit mix, haha, that is all I know. But I'd just eat them plain.

Never mind. When I try to create a layer for it, It will not copy what I selected to a new layer. D:

What program are you using now?

Also, I know that the body is just a rough sketch, but when you do the actualy sketch, the neck kind of gradually goes into the shoulders instead of such an angled change. And the shoulders angle downward a little, not straight across. :) I'm not sure if you were going to change it, so I thought I would put in my two cents before you got it all colored and have it look odd.

@ CrepsleyKabob:

Good luck on finding someone!

I use Paint Tool Sai.

Way cheaper than Photoshop and very nice lines.

Good luck to Creps on finding who?

And I would never be willing to buy photoshop. Way too expensive.

Paint.net.

Actually, I wasn't, and what I meant buy rough sketch is I had just skecthed the outfit on it. xD But it when I did that, it sort of camoflagued that. xD I am lazy with working on it though. And I have tried to shade the hat like, 5 times and it looks horrid. xD i may just leave that unshaded. xD

Shading can be rather difficult, though. So thats rather understandable.

Lord knows I'm terrible at shading in photoshop and from my imagination. I can do it just fine in charcoal or graphite or paint with a reference/model, but without that or on a computer I fail completely xD

charcoal, with model/reference:

http://i358.photobucket.com/albums/o...t/P6010414.jpg (I used paint on this one)

computer, no model/reference:
