the fingers do indeed. The fingers need to listen to the brain more.

Some of it was interesting, like talking to the women about why they enjoy putting on weight and how they feel but then they actually showed them taking pictures and making videos which was a bit uncomfortable. :/

There's grey matter in the spinal cord, it's part of the central nervous system.

ah yes, the spinal cord too that's right, so that's 3 places that we can find grey matter.
