Especially with Captain America being released this year! Granted, if that theme doesn't win this year, it should go up again in 2015 because... Avengers 2 will be that year.

Everyone has their likes and dislikes. Can't hate someone for not loving the same things I do. To be honest, I never used to like superheroes until I saw Iron Man 2 on tv. I instantly fell in love and needed to watch all of the side series. I've never read any of the comics and I'm not sure I plan on doing it. I just really like the movies. Probably because sexy people are sexy but... XD

ohh, haha, i got introduced to them through comics and cartoons and then video games, i never was a fan of the movies, though i did watch them. It always amuses me when I go to comiccon cause i'll not know what most of the things are there and then just spend all my time looking at video games while my friends attempt to go and buy their comics :3

I'm so excited! It's almost time to pick that theme! :D

I'm still totally in the Deep Sea camp, but I love the Desert Caravans as well. We just want people to be super involved. Because involved now means more likely to participate at event time.

It's somewhat like a staff run event in that an entire forum is made for it and there are games and chat threads and prizes, BUT, there are no event items and no chance or tokens. However, we're planning on making badges for special types of participation that you can keep in your siggy or profile and we have lots of prizes and fun games planned!

I haven't been around for one either. But we will have our own forum, event mule, and event stickies, games, and everything. Oh and art! I hoping to help with some banners :)

heh... so I was pretty amused last night that we had 210 votes at exactly 2:10 AM my time... and now I'm amused that we have 214 votes and tomorrow is Valentine's. (For you non-Americans, we put the month first and then the day, so it looks like 2/14 instead of 14/2)
