I suppose it would be a room. Indoor pools are considered to be in their own room and those can be pretty large.

The Empire State Building is pretty tall though.

Empire state building is roughly 15,000 inches tall. A roll of pennies is about 3.785 inches long. That makes the ESB about 3871 rolls of pennies tall... The ESB is only $1,935.50 tall in a single stack of pennies.
