Yeah pretty much. That's why I was making a dress for my birthday. I've generally been sewing since 2004, but mainly for cosplaying stuff. It's very rare that I actually make something that I can use for everyday wear but they're in my closet, yeah.

As for your pessimistic side, I've thought the same thing before, so don't worry too much. If I miss my ship, well that'll really suck but I better at least have a good job. If not, my other goal is to marry a rich guy. : )

You should sew more things that you can wear. Then you have a "portfolio". You could even sell stuff on Etsy or something.

Yeaaaaaah I'd have to have tons of plastic *cough*robot*cough* surgery done before I can marry a millionaire first. And even then I'm not blonde. Unless somebody wants a Kimora Lee Simmons-type.

But yesterday I just had an epiphany and some motivation to get me to start making new stuff. I've never really known what kind of a logo name I'd have. It used to be Co-Delicious, Isabella J (mind you my middle name's Isabelle so that's where everything's usually coming from), Dancing Queen, and tons of other crap I can't remember.

So my new, and hopefully professional sounding brand would literally be Isabella Scott, haha! Using my middle name has been like, a part of me ever since freshman year of high school and I don't know why. Thankfully it seems to work.

P.S. I can draw but I just haven't done anything great for a long time :\ I really need to get back into the swing of things. Maybe make a new DeviantArt specifically for it.

@Cookie: Okay, well the thing is we kinda should get pictures of our furniture onto Craig's list so that someone might actually buy them. (shouldn't be to hard for her to take pictures though) )We have to do that cause Michigan's so poor)
Anyways, for some reason I think when she asked me if I was willing to do a garage sale she meant me doing the whole thing. Although I did bargain w/her and said I'd do just about everything except advertising. I think she's kinda lost the idea of having one as well. I don't know, she's weird.

@Mar-Mar - I wouldn't bother with the robot surgery XD Costs too much. Too may risks. No guaranteed benefits.

@Wifey - You should put a yard sale ad on Craigslist too. Or just put a furniture for sale ad. I dunno, it's kinda hard when she flakes out on you like that. Obviously, she has no idea how to have a yard sale if she can't even put up a few signs and set a date.
