I am doing good, ziggie! Planning to meet a friend tomorrow so looking forward to that. How are you?

I'm eh. I've been super sick for over a week now and getting pretty tired of feeling like crud.

We're going to go to a cafe and later to a mixology event!

I'm so sorry TT I hope you feel better soon, a week of sickness is long and difficult. I was sick yesterday but it cleared up by this morning.

The plans with my friend got rescheduled because my maternal grandparents are arriving home today.

Eh, I didn't end up resting that much but I am slowly starting to get better. Less coughing up green goo, a bit more energy. Still not 100% though. We're having an early day at work today so I'll get a couple extra hours back. That'll be nice!

Yeah I just have to contact her and set up a time. I know I'm going to see her on her birthday near the end of March but I don't want to wait that long.

It’s so hard to find time to meet up these days when everyone’s schedules are so different. I’ll be seeing some friends tomorrow that I haven’t seen since before Christmas so that will be nice.

I am excited for her birthday because her husband, who grew up in Kentucky by the West Virginia border, has never been to a hockey game of any kind before. It will be fun to see how he enjoys it. The game is my birthday gift to her.

Yeah, adult friendships are challenging in that way.

Oh wow a hockey game will be fun! I think my friends and I might be going to hang out in the park today if I’m not too tired. I was up half of the night with a sick kitty. At the vet now spending a fortune on my baby and praying all will be okay.
