If any site would have new and upcoming anime only known to Japan and introduced anime already out in America, it would be Veoh.com At least, that's where I watch Bleach and Tsubasa Chronicles and sometimes a bit of Naruto Shippuden. So yeah, check www.veoh.com They might have what you're looking for.

@Apado- Hmm, turns out Veoh doesn't even have pokemon episodes. I find that to be unusual seeing as how Veoh doesn't delete its anime and users regularly add to it. Sorry I couldn't be of much use ;[

I never even watched .hack so....yeaahh. My sister does most of the downloading and watching anime. I prefer reading the manga! :D

Hmm, I just tried it out. Though when you click on a specific song it takes you to some weird profile rather than just play. Maybe I did something wrong.
