Veli nuzzled, smiling up at him. D'aaaaw, Noah. "I'm glad, too." Well, he wasn't feeling, you know, one hundred percent. But he was feeling good enough to be up and out, and that was what really mattered.

"Thanks for taking such good care of me, Noah-Love."

"Mhm," Noah nodded and rolled over.

"Come nap with me, pickle-breath."

"Okay." Veli giggled. Hooray, Pickles! He crawled up onto Noah, nuzzling against his chest. Mmm...

"Warm, strong human. Best ever."

"Demi-human, anyway," Noah smiled, holding his Veli close to him.

"We should do something amazing.

"Mmm, like what?" Veli asked, nuzzling. Silly Noah was still human, even if he WAS going to tell time to STFU.

"I have no idea," Noah shrugged, "Go clubbing. Go...go...I dunno. I'm not very exciting."

"I am bad exciting." Veli told him, grinning and kissing his chest. "But we could go to a club. It would be fun.

Noah nodded.

"Male or female strippers?"

Because, Hell, a club meant strippers.

"Hm. Female." Hey, Veli could and did appreciate a good female form if it was in front of him.

"Awesome," Noah said suddenly sitting up. Girlsssssss~

"Let's go."

A club was had (With lots of breasts, both fake and real) and finally they were back home. Veli watched Noah carefully. Hrm. Was he in a good enough mood to learn just what he'd agreed to...?

Veli had wanted to explain to him before hand...

He was grinning and a bit buzzed. Of course he was! That's not saying it couldn't be changed, but it was a good place to start!

"That was fun." Veli flopped on the couch, resting his head against the back. It had been, too. Now, for seriousness.

Noah flopped down beside him, still smiling, wrapped an arm around Veli's shoulders, and leaned his head against him.

"It was."

Veli nuzzled against him. Oh, Noah, you were so loved... He sighed after a moment, pulling away and caressing his cheek.

"There are a couple of things you should know, Nono."

Know no no...teehee.

"Like what, suga'?"

"Like what you gotta expect from life from here on in." Veli stroked Noah's arm with the back of one fist, eyes closed.

Noah nodded.

"Alright. Go ahead." He caressed Veli's cheek and turned his head toward him, trying to get his man to make eye contact.

Veli sighed, still looking down. Oh, fuck....

"Of course, your life will be longer. And as long as I keep up with my ritual, you should have the same health benefits I have. Yenno, quick healing, not getting sick, stuff like that. But, for anything else, it's a wait and see kind of game. Some have been able to feel what the other was doing, if they were in pain, things like that. It seems to differ from person to person. And it'll keep on working, 'slong as you go by the rules."

Noah cringed slightly. That was some weirdass twin shit, right there.

"And what're the rules?"

Oh, no... Noah was mad... Veli wriggled his toes inside his shoes and kept looking down.

"Honestly, there's only one rule that has to be followed. Don't sleep with other people. You can flirt around and get happy endings, though I'd rather do that for you. But if you sleep around, well... I suppose we'd be at the point where the consequences wouldn't matter."

And Noah just smiled, playing with Veli's hair.

"I'd never do that to you."

Veli looked up after a moment or two and smiled. "I know. And I'll never do that to you." Veli snuggled against him. Mmm, warm man. "We're going to be together a long time, my Noah."

"Just how long, my Veli?" Noah asked, lying back with a Veli on his chest.

Veli sighed and snuggled. Ah, the big question.

"Well... Probably about two hundred... Two fifty, probably."
