Yah I'm hoping it's just that. He's been rather stressed out lately though and I know that can't be doing his overall health any good. I told him he shouldn't get all worked up today as there's really nothing he can do today and worrying isn't constructive to anything.

I was actually in a fairly decent mood all day, tbh... :P

Well he goes to me "If I do get 'em again, thank god I only have two days of work and will be spending two weeks laid off - I'm gonna need 'em!"

I'm like oh lord. I'll have to nurse him together and keep up with the housework/work (if I can get anymore hours). At least the kids aren't here full time. That would just add to it. :P

Yah. All this talk about his work doesn't help matters. He's said stuff about moving, but it's like I'm happy where I'm at now. I like the area we live in, and I've made friends with his friends and I'm kinda going to be a bit stubborn about the prospect. Besides, how the hell are we going to be able to afford a move when we're worried how we're going to pay the bills a couple weeks from now? I try to remind him of that...

Anyways, I think the PSP is calling me. I've gotten addicted to Pangya Fantasy Golf and I want to unlock some more of the items. I think I'll get ready for bed and then just play that until I doze off. Another early morning tomorrow.

*hugs steel* Take care and I'll see you later. :)

Sorry, I poofed.

I'm not all that well, actually, but I'm planning to remedy at least some of that by going to bed now. :)

Hey zumzum! How are you?
I'm having a "meh" day, but at least I woke up this *morning* instead of this afternoon like I've been doing lately.

Yah I woke up this morning too! 5am!! I'm surprised I was able to drag my ass out of bed, but actually this has been one of my best days in awhile - I feel like I got a ton of stuff done. Whether or not I really have is irrelevant. :P

It's surprising, since I'm not one to brag about having much energy. I guess now that I'm nearly 'there' with classes I feel like things are on the up and up.

Ugh. I forgot to call the driving school to book an appointment. That's definitely something I want to do soon, before winter kicks in. :P

@Izumi: I'm in the middle of switching insurance (because I'm not in school right now, I can't be on my parents' insurance), and, of course, I just ran out of my anti depressants and birth control. So I got the anti depressants, but not the birth control. And I'm so "blah" without my happy hormones. Mrr.
But I'm so glad for you! You've needed a day like today.

Oh god, Steel, I seriously feel for you!! If you're not insured, you might want to check out the patient assistance program for the meds manufacturer - I would of had to pay $200+ out of pocket a month for mine without insurance. Now it's $40...I'm switching to a generic and TRYING to ween off. What kind of med is it, if you don't mind me asking?

Also, if you're low income (I don't know if you are or not, just assuming...trying to help) I think most states would give out free birth control. Once again I'm just trying to cut corners for you. I know i can go up to my county health clinic and they're suppose to provide them for little to no cost.

Thanks so much sweety! Luckily it's just temporary. My parents are switching me to a Cobra plan (they would have to do it soon, anyway since I'd have gotten kicked off of their insurance at 25). But you can't switch to the Cobra plan until your normal insurance has *already* lapsed, which seems stupid to me. Luckily I'm on generic everything, but it's still hella expensive.

My anti depressants are Paxil. My birth control is the 3 month Seasonal business. It's surprising how much those things stabilize my mood. Luckily my allergy meds (Singulair and Nasonex, which aren't available in generic) don't need to be refilled yet. My allergies *kill* me here.

Ohhh give me a second to check up on that Paxil. I'm pretty sure you can get that *dead* cheap! *does a search*

Actually I'd need your zip, so I'll give you the website so you can take a look - http://www.yourrxcard.com/

It seriously does make a difference where you buy it. Smaller places like Rite Aid, Walgreens, etc tends to be MORE EXPENSIVE! I'm pretty sure Walmart does sell the paxil dead cheap in 30 or 90 day quantities. :)

Sweet! Thanks. I'm checking it out right now. *sigh* Antidepressants are so expensive, but at least I'm not on one that doesn't come in generic.

Edit: Holy shiznit! It's a shame I didn't know about this two days ago! I forked over $67 for a 30 day supply. The site you gave me says I could get it for $20! At 10 different places.
Thank you, sweety, I shall be using this in the future!

Heh, no such luck with the birth control, though. It was $134 at Walgreens, the site can find it for me at $209.

They are DEAD expensive. :| They shouldn't be though as some people depend on them. :|

Holy crap it's just gotten suddenly busy on my line. These scarf sets are selling like hotcakes....At $40 for the scarf and headband it seems to be a ripoff to me, but that might just be me.

Edit: Not a problem!! I know hubby did the same. It's amazing how much you can save by doing a little research. ;) I'd print the card off though since it's free and bring it with you to make sure you get it for the listed price.

Birth control and allergy meds are both "lifestyle drugs". Which is ridiculous. But it makes them cost a bundle. :-/

*giggle* a $40 scarf and headband?! Dude! That's a rip off in my books, too. But, hey, whatever floats your boat.

*hugs* Thanks so much, hon!

Ugh. Allergy meds are *not* a lifestyle I picked. That's so bogus! I usually just take the over the counter sudafeds, however I might talk to the doc and see if I can get something cheaper Rx. Our insurance is pretty awesome and copays are only $10 if we stay on this healthy blue living. That reminds me I gotta call my doc!!!

@zumzum: You're preaching to the choir! I can do OTC Claritin for short periods, but then it stops working. And OTC Zyrtec interferes with my antidepressants, so it's a no go. So I have to go with prescription drugs, sadly.

ARGGHGGHGHG SPOFDOPKSFSIHFPOSKD *bangs head on desk*

I just tried calling the receptionist who said nope don't have the script in, so she transfers me through to the automated system to place an order for a refill. Well me being the idiot that I am, accidently hung up on it mid leaving a message so I don't know if they got it. To make matters worse I had the script written out at one point and I don't know where in the hell I put it and it was complex as he wrote me out a month's worth weaning me down every few days to a lower dose, so on the answering machine it's like well I'm taking it like this now but it's going to be like this. All the while I'm like FFS I just want to talk to the freakin doctor without having to pay a $10 copay to see him to ask him this damn question again. I'm tempted to book another appointment though to see him about something else and be like 'by the way'. I think hubby is going to have to go in too as he's been having pains in his side and we're not sure what it is, although he thinks it might be shingles kicking in as it hurts along his scar line where he had it last.

Well I guess not EVERYTHING can go as planned. I'm just glad I have a weeks worth left. I hate running low on anything, especially meds...especially antidepressants as they have THE WORST side effects on the side of this green earth. Seriously. I just go to bed with the cover over my head as I become uber sensitive to every stimulus and just feel like I have the hangover from hell. :|

Heh, which ones are you on? I know if I don't take my Paxil on time I get dizzy and funky as hell feeling. I totally know how you feel, too. Running low on anti depressants gives me huge anxiety. Heh.

Be back in a sec, the girls are antsy and need to go out.

Edit: Back! Ugh. I Frontlined them this morning, so they're all weirded out. They *hate* Frontline (it irritates the skin a bit), but it's so very effective. So now I get a whole day of them acting odd....GAH! There is a Furby in your signature. I don't know whether to squee or scream. Haha.
