and oh geez. i forgot that.. ummm basically. To become an official agent at this life insurance (and other insurances) company, he had to make 10 sales. It's called triggering once he makes those 10. and than he can officially sell them on his own. so like.. he made it through his training period. except that technically its a 3 year training process, and after that he can go from sales to managment.

basically it means that we've finally found a hand hold on the wall of the hole we have found ourselves trapped in, and we are climbing our way out.
