I think that there was a little bit more drama than was necessary though... It's sad jelly didn't sign in a hour or so earlier than she did. She had to miss her surprise. :/

Well, IMO, Mene isn't even really aimed at 13 year olds.
I see a lot more older users, than younger ones.

So, I don't see why we can't have a little adult fun here and there.

Well, Mene may not attract younger users, but we are a PG-13 site regardless. :yes: So we have to abide by PG-13 rules because we DO have 13-year-olds on the site.

Even so, kids aren't as innocent as one would like to think.
I was in the circus parade just this last Sunday, and some of the kids were rotten!

A few of my friends were walking along, and saw sidewalk chalk drawing on penises (which I admit was funny, but sad) and stick figure sex.....

By age thirteen -that's like 7th grade correct?- EVERYONE knows what a penis looks like. When I was in 8th grade, one of the girls brought in a dildo to school.
And I had to question how sanitary it was because apparently it belonged to her friend's mother.

Personally, I would like things to stay clean, with a minimal humor in that department. I mean, the group I hung out with at school I had to tolerate that stuff with, and I am okay with a lot of it now because of it, but I definately do not want to go anywhere near gaia extreme.

OH, trust me Popcorn, I know that kids are all kinds of knowledgeable these days. It's actually kind of frightening. But since parents want to believe that their kids are perfect little angels, and are pretty much oblivious to what they're up to, they don't want to face the facts. I think kids are losing their innocence way too early nowadays, but it's the way the world is! Makes me wonder how I'll raise my own kids. Please do not let me be a helicopter mom! T_T

I just plainly refuse to date anyone or get in a relationship on any kind. It shocks my friends, who try to set me up every now and then since they found out. Some bitch even called me asexual. Just because I am like this doesn't mean I am like that.:roll:

I just have seen too many hurt or in pain for my lifetime. Even now my parents are about to split. And I hate pain, so yeah. I refuse to get in a relationship unless I find someone worth the trouble that comes with it.

Its not htat i would hate to be dating someone, but I just haven't found that someone that I would be happy with being with. I have plenty of guy friends and enough of them that want to date me, but they're still just friends to me. :(

Its upsetting that we can say being a virgin at 17 or older is such a shocking thing now. I know several people who are still virgins at that age group, and quite a few more who aren't. Really, the majority aren't. I know that I've had relationships before, but they were always too childish to be anything serious. I've always known that I'm not really interested in dating or whatever. I don't find the need to throw myself into a relationship at this point in my life because I think that we're all too young at my age to really be trying to find our other half or whatever that junk is. I think we should worry more about more important things that will shape our future. School and college, experiencing our youth and all that. I think that sex just matures you too fast, and we should be young as long as we can be.

I am proud of my high school class. We graduated without any young mothers or fathers. xD

But yeah, the one guy I would of considered dating did not have the courage to ask me in person if I liked him or not. xD he had our friend Grace ask in the 8th grade and of course, me being me, I said "not really". That was the first year we ever had a class together and actually talked and we have been friends since, going to the same high school and all, but still. I don't do liaisons.
