oh, this is gonna sound stupid, somebody earlier insulted my favorite band and it didn't matter what I said they were all, "they're not a real band, blah blah, they don't play instruments on stage, blah blah, a bunch of fags, blah blah ..." and my first reaction is always to get really angry. so I left for a while to cool off. and of course, in the wake of being so angry, I always end up feeling really depressed. it's like there is an anvil on my chest or something.
