well, I tried to cut as much bone out of the chicken as I could. then I fried it up in some butter, garlic, onion, salt and pepper. now I threw in some bamboo shoots and mushrooms and some soy sauce ... I'm gonna look around and see if I can find any water chestnuts. I'm hoping it will be good.
