Alright. Fat. XD I can't lose any weight no matter how I change my diet or continue to exercise. I think I've actually gained weight since I've started eating more veggies and less junk o.O

Anything good, not stressful and crazy-making, going on for you?

if you drink 8 glasses of water a day it helps with the battle with weight loss
