I recommend peppermint tea, or stretching your neck muscles and seeing if that helps.

stretching does help... and i am a coffee-holic so there is no way i am having any tea hehehehe... i wait for winters for this very reason 'COFFEE'

Too bad peppermint tea is amazingly useful. For me winter means: Christmas, candy canes (peppermint ones), peppermint ice cream, mint hot chocolate xD Heh, you could probably find mint coffee beverages, I don't drink coffee so I'm not sure but it wouldn't surprise me.

I think I've become a muscle stretching ambassador to the world, I think it's under done. I stretch every morning just so can stay able to touch my palms to the floor ( I've only been stretching since march.)

palms to the floor!!! Wow... i can so much as bump my finger tips on the floor... even when i exercise regularly...
i used to do yoga when i was in my teens... now my two kids jump on me right and left and its enough exercise for the day hehehehe
i like peppermint bubble gum... haven't tried it in anything else...

Yep. I have gone beyond touching toes lol You have to stretch to be flexible, about once a day is sufficient for the level I'm at, my whole routine takes 5-10 minutes max. Everyday activity like walking, aerobic exercise, weight lifting, etc shortens muscles.

Peppermint gum is good. I eat peppermint in everything, I think I'm addicted

hehehe addictions are so scary... but i am glad i get over coffee when it starts to get warm...
i should really start some routine soon... it also helps my backache...

Start simple, make it a habit, and stick to it. Even just bending over trying to touch your toes and holding the pose for 10 sec helps.

I think I'm addiction prone so it doesn't scare me xD My other things are music, spicy food, sour things, garlic and peanut butter.

(using plum 'cause that's my ranger colour XD)

I'm ... not really feeling the best today, to be honest. I have mild depression, and my moods can really fluctuate from day to day. Today it's pretty bad, but at least the sun is out, and I'm going to dancing class tonight, so that's always a guaranteed way to help pick me up :)

It is! I've been doing salsa now for five months, and it's definitely the best decision I've made this year. I love it!
