Good overall, though a bit sleepy. Past week has been hectic with school starting up for the boys.

My school semester starts on the 29th and I'm freaking out because I don't have my books or my financial aid confirmed. :squee:

I hope it gets confirmed soon. I would be freaking out too if it was so close to time for school and the financial aid wasn't approved yet.

I'm sure it's similar to the one here. They say I still owe fees though I was approved for aid and a Pell grant.

Schools everywhere are that stupid. Went to a vocational college and was paying with money from my mutual funds my dad had for me and the financial aid lady called a few days before I was start school and said that she wasn't sure if I was going to be able to start this month since my financial aid hadn't come through. Told her politely that she was mistaken and we had written a check for the $2500 deposit they wanted and I didn't apply for financial aid.
Once she looked at her files again, she realized that she had called the wrong perosn. Really...? I about had a heart attack.
