I am LOVING that people are entering the Create your own Deity contest! WOOT! I was so excited about that one when we made it up:)!

the muses are:
Kalliope: epic poetry
Kleio: history
Ourania: astronomy
Thaleia: comedy (I'd relly love to make her)
Melpomene: tragedy
Polyhymnia: religious hymns
Erato: erotic poetry
Euterpe: lyric poetry
Terpsikhore: choral song and dance.

obviously I can't get all of the muses to enter with me
but I do think it'd be fun to get as many as I can

lol The Disney Princess group had oonly started with two people, and then it evolved to having so many people. So, it can happen!!

I figued we could each wear something drapey
(as togas were the traditional clothing)
Each one has their own signature items like Thalia has a comic mask, shepherd's staff and wreath of ivy.

There are some toga drapes things around in the stores. Hm.. It'd be interesting to see how it'd be done. ^ ^-

Explanation of Your Deity: This is Monmon, the Pirate Goddess. She is the goddess of all things rum and spicey. And piratey. Allll of the piratey things. Like booty, and wenches, and rum, and gold, and um, did I mention all the wenches? :D She's the reason why the rum is gone (and she's the one who makes the rum tasty, so usually the Earth-lubber pirates forgive her).
