It's been a looong time~
Such a long long time~

Since I've been in JROTC. :P

Only about a year for me. It's what made high school graduation bittersweet; sweet because I was leaving a hellhole, but bitter because I could never to back to NJ.

Ah. Yeah I had some good times in mine. We went on a canoeing trip that I really enjoyed.

We didn't have any canoeing trips, though I wouldn't have gone on them if we had any anyway. I can't swim. Well, that's not ENTIRELY true, but as I can't really do a proper doggy-paddle I don't think that counts.

Trips we went on were to RTC Great Lakes, Jacksonville FL, San Deigo CA, Washington DC, and Newport RI. Oh! We also went on a skiing/snowboarding trip. I faceplanted while trying to get back on my feet when I was snowboarding! :XD

Aww. It was fun. We camped overnight by the river and built a big fire and stuff. And the river wasn't too deep or anything.

Those are nice trips though. :drool:

I wasn't.
But if I had to pick, either rifle team and/or orienteering. I was too scared I would smack myself in the face for rifle team though. :XD

OH boy.....

I was on the drill team, air rifle team, orienteering team, athletic team, and I was commander of the academic team. Plus I was on staff--assistant admin. Now that I'm out of ROTC......

I was part of something.. er.. the staff... because the teachers liked me and they needed someone to do it. (What was it.. :XD)
But they would hold interviews for people to fill positions so imagine my surprise when I get a slot I didn't even think about. I didn't want any slot.
I think I was the Admin assistant also, and then the next year I was the Admin leader or whatever you call it.
I wasn't part of anything extra because school was far away and my mom didn't like using extra gas. @~@
The only extra thing I did, aside from a job, was be a volunteer firefighter and that didn't last long for the gas reason.

Yep, Gaelic is the language of the Celts...which I am one of. Part Scottish on my dad's side.

Neither do I. But I'm mostly German, thanks to my mom being full-blown german descent.

That's good~ I need to study hardcore on my Japanese, but actual school leaves me with little time to really concentrate on it. @~@

Yeah. School is so draining. And it's not even that bad. Soon, it will be over for the semester though!

Uh oh! My original home is pretty much an empty house now because my mom remarried and lives with her new husband, but still has the old place. Makes it a little awkward when we visit. :lol:

Yeah, I don't live in my old hours anymore....I wish I did though. it was nice.
