yeah....i fell asleep after school and then i took a shower after dinner, and my history project after that....*sigh*

it was a recipe in my no sugar/salt recipe book... so it's totally good for you and has real veggie in it and everything! i can't remember the process but it started two days ago when i mooshed seasoning into the meat and let it sit until tonight when i browned it up... cut up veggies and sauteed with chicken stock (no salt added, although low sodium works too)... added diced and crushed tomatoes (also no salt) and more seasonings... let that cook for an hour and a half... added the already cooked meat and let it sit for another hour... so all in all it took just under four freakin hours... but it's wonderful!

lol... well, it was when I came home an hour and a half ago, partially cloudy, but the moon is almost full and super bright, and the stars were sparkling away very nicely thanks to the lack of humidity in the air. Only thing winter is good for atm, is a nice crisp looking night sky :3
