Looking at and talking about food has the opposite effect for me. My cravings go poof. Hence my addiction to scrolling through Pinterest.

Well.. that's a good thing i guess.. keeps you from over eating.. i know cooking does that for me..

Really? Can you describe why? I know preparing my own food discourages me because I get lazy. XD

well its all the scents..the smells of everythign i mix together if i do more then one thing anyways..

Oh, yeah, scents can kill my cravings, too. Non-food smells often remind me of food. XD
