I think the most useful thing is practice essays, it's not so much about cramming the knowledge but understanding the writing style the examiner wants. I hate changing my style like that. I hope uni will let me write more freely. I'm always told I write great, but not in the way they want. :roll:


Congratulations! I know someone who goes to Glasgow. He's not really a friend, but a family friend. I hadn't seem him for a couple of years and he and his dad stayed the night a few months ago and I was like, "when did you become hot? o.o"

Yeah, I got a lower mark on my final English Literature exam because I hadn't put down the points in the mark scheme, however good my writing might have been. >.<

Heh, all the hot guys were at Cambridge when I went on a visit there (to tease me, because I'm not good enough to go properly). I think I'll always be a little bit in love with the guy in the Belle & Sebastian t-shirt. Although in Glasgow I might see a real life member of Belle & Sebastian. O_o
