No probs. Hover over the middle of the event banner. :3 That's where the Event Store is, it has event commons.
Or you could hit the stores normally, and it's on the list. ^^

Go to the shop list, and it'll be the "Special Event Store".
I have Skeletons - 0, Skulls - 7, Ribs - 28, and Bones - 82.
