I'm good~ Sorry for the delay, I was upstairs dealing with the cakes. I'm in charge of making the desserts for Christmas dinner and it's going to take me about 3 days to make them! @_@

I'm baking cakes! :D I'm making an individual cake for each member of my family! It's going to take me three days to make them because they have to be baked, then sit out over night to stale up enough to carve (day one), then carved and set out overnight to stale up enough to ice (day 2), and then iced and decorated! It's a very time intensive process @.@

I just hope they turn out okay. x.x Knowing my luck they'll all probably collapse as I'm trying to carve them or will get knocked to the floor by my sister before I'm done.

I would cry so hard if that happened. XD I've been planning these cakes for weeks. This is the first time I've really done cakes this elaborate and I'm really hopeful that they'll turn out well.
