Oh... definitely a good thing the bid was taken out, then. I get what Aero meant now. I went to look at the set and about choked. Hopefully the price of one set won't be valued by that one sale.
If I see any Easter sets for sale I'll send 'em your way. Did those get hit by (ridiculous) inflation or are things okay there?

My husband can be mean, but you have to ask for it first. He used to be really crotchety and angsty before settling down with me. You'd never know it now. XD

How often does your boyfriend come on Mene? I know you mentioned he has an account.

I have the disposition of a teddy bear filled with taffy and cotton candy.

It used to be one of a rusty hand grenade filled with rusty nails and rusty acid.

It's amazing what a bad relationship will do to you. On the same token, it's amazing what a good one will do for you. :)

Ahh, hehe, hopefully mine will settle down too. xP After the military and all the crap he goes through, he deserves it.

Mine tends to have the attitude towards me, "I love you and not everyone else, so to hell with them." So he's a bit of a bastard to everyone but me. xD

Yeah he lurks more than anything since he's not a very social guy.

When does he get out of the military? Or is it something he'll be going into eventually?

Kin and I aren't overly social. We have friends but we love being homebodies too. I'm kinda glad it's both ways, otherwise we'd probably drive each other nuts when one wanted to do something while the other didn't.

He's the light I need too. ^^

We already went through the military for about a year when he was young. He did six months when he was 17. I forget when he did the other six.

Ahh, I see. :3 I don't have that many IRL friends so I just need my BF to be with me and I don't see how I can complain.

The only problem with being a shut in with the "my mate is all the company I need" attitude is that if something goes awry between you, even for a couple hours, there's not really anywhere for you to go to cool off or get away for a second.

Trust me, I know from experience.

I would probably go for a drive if I need that or a walk.

Usually my BF is really good about it when I say I need some space, he gives me space.

He used to with his past relationship though. He didn't have anyone then, and I'd watch him self-destruct on a basis that wasn't exactly "normal", but it wasn't far from being often.

Oh wow! That's a very young age. It must have been one hell of an experience. o__o

By now it's become habit to sit in the corner and fume. A bad habit, but it's been repeated enough that it's second nature.

Besides, it's not like I could go to Bucky and explain everything adequately to my liking enough to get perspective from him, and he wouldn't simply just let me sit there and fume without knowing the details.

He asked me again the other day what we were arguing about the morning of the 26th. :)

Yeah, he's one of those special exceptions. He's a damn good fighter.

Ahh I see what you mean. We're kinda the same. We don't yell and scream at each other. It's kinda quiet but it hurts.

We try not to fight, but obviously we still have them now and then. We're lucky they're small fights and not huge ones that damage the relationship. Every time we do fight and we get it resolved, I feel like it brings us closer.

They say fighting's healthy anyway. Being together for so long, there's bound to be some things!

I would agree fighting is healthy.

I would prefer a bunch of small ones. Then a few rare ones that make a dramatic impact.
So far we've been lucky and have had only small ones.

There are so many nuances and facets and bits and pieces to that fight that I couldn't even explain it properly, so no. :)
