@saito~ we went to the 13th gate and theres a part where youchoose to go to eather the cremitori or the foam room
the crematori is the scary part of the haunted house and the foam room leads to the kiddy part of it its like a damn disney ride gone wrong but anyway i wanted to go to the cremitori because i wanted my moneys worth but her friends were going to the foam room and she didnt want to be seperated from her friends so she dragged me through the foam room

Hi Willow Woodland. I don't speak any Japanese at all, only English. How are you? ^_^
@Ryohko - Well this pot pie is made from scratch. It's actually a chicken, broccoli and cheese pot pie from my own recipe :D It's delicious :heart:
@Fuyumi - I love pot pie :drool:
@Candy - You are. Good night. *smack your candy butt on your way out* >_>

@Fu: I didn't have many resources to fill in my vampire fandom. Momsies never did like me watching those kind of movies, so I had to wait until I was older. ;~;
@Cookie: omg, sounds soo good. I love actual home-made pot pie more than the kind that's bought already made.

I would love to learn to make the home made kinda. I've made home made regular pie before. It turned out really good ^^
@Ryohko
Aww.. well. I guess it's harder to get into it when you're older. I'm not into it like I used to be and that makes me a little sad, because I'm not really as passionate about anything I'm doing right now as I was about that. *gives you a caramel*

@Ryohko - Home made is definitely better. And it is delicious. Every time I made this, it's instantly gone. It gets eaten that fast, no leftovers.
@Fuyumi - It's not that hard at all. It is surprisingly simple really. You just need a good recipe. ^_^

Oh.. *goes to a recipe website*
eh I think the holidays are really going to suck for me this year. They sucked last year. The reason I'm bringing it up is because I have to fill out the forms for the holiday request to stay at campus and it's making me feel sad.

@Fuyumi - This is my recipe:
Cheesy Broccoli and Chicken Pot Pie
INGREDIENTS:
* pie crust for 2 crust pie
* 1/4 cup butter
* 1/4 cup flour
* 1/4 tsp. pepper
* 1 tsp. poultry seasoning
* 1/2 cup chicken broth
* 3/4 cup milk
* 2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
* 2 cups chopped cooked turkey or chicken
* 2 cups cooked broccoli florets
PREPARATION:
Preheat oven to 425 degrees F. Line 9" pie pan with one of the pie crusts and set aside.
Melt butter in medium saucepan and add flour and pepper. Cook until this roux is bubbly, stirring constantly.
Add broth and milk, stirring constantly until mixture boils and thickens. Add poultry seasoning, cheese and stir until combined. Remove from heat and add chicken and broccoli. Pour into bottom crust. Top with second crust, cutting slits in top crust for steam to escape.
Bake at 425 degrees F for 30-40 minutes until crust is golden brown and filling bubbles. Let stand 10 minutes before serving.
Actually, I've started adjusting the recipe, adding a little more broth and cheese to make it saucier, but that was my original recipe :D

@Fuyumi - Nope, it's really easy. Though for the sauce, definitely season to taste. The stronger the cheese you use, the stronger the flavor, or you could add more spices or less, it depends. That part of the recipe, you get to play with.
It's also better with fresh steamed broccoli. You can really tell the difference from fresh and frozen. I do cheat and use store bought pie crusts though D: I suck at making pie crust from scratch.

It will be something to experiment with, that's for sure ^^
I found a really good recipe for pie crust online. it uses ice water. It's a bit tedious making pie crust in general though.

@Fuyumi - Pie crust is tedious! Even if you find a good easy recipe, you still have to roll it. I'm crap at rolling out my dough. x_x

I'm much better at cookies. I have the best damn chocolate chip cookie recipe ever :D
