"There's a freezing cold lake about three feet behind us," Fynn whispered back, his head red as a tomato as he gently kissed her cheeks. "I think that would suffice?"

Leane nodded as she whispered, "I should thi-think so."

Forcing himself upright, he stumbled lightly, falling face-first against her chest. As if he'd burned himself he jolted up, blushing profoundly as he stammered, "L-l-lets go..."

Blushing as much as he was, Leane quickly stood up and nodded, "R-right."

Standing on her toes, she kissed him passionately before darting around him, running into the lake.

Taking a moment to recover from her last kiss, Fynn rubbed his arms lightly before running in after her with a warcry.

Leane laughed as she came up from below the surface and watched Fynn come after her. Smiling, she tucked her hair behind her ears as she closed her eyes and layed back in the water, slowly kicking her legs as her arms moved forward and back rythmically with the water. Taking a deep breath, she slowly exhaled, still trying to calm her heart, which had begun to beat quite fast from the intensity of the previous moment.

Rather then immediatly swimming towards her, Fynn took his time to do some laps - his slim, pale arms slicing into the surface of the lake while his legs kicked away the water behind him, giving him a tolerable speed as he swam to the middle of the lake and back again. It was all he could do to try and calm himself down.

Leane laughed as she sat up and treaded water, not too far away from where she could still touch the ground in her 'safe' zone, and watched Fynn swimming. Splashing him as he passed by not too far away from her, she teased, "Training for the Olympics, my love?"

Coming to a halt after hearing her voice, he wiped the water out of his face with a hand, looking at her questioningly. "Did you say something?"

Leane laughed as she stuck her tongue out playfully before calling out, "Just teasing is all, nothing serious." Smiling, she leaned back and simply layed in the water, her hair laying beneath her in a dark pool, "I wonder how furious the Professors will be with us when they see us!"

"Then let us hope they don't," Fynn laughed back, leisurely swimming over to her, though keeping a safe distance. "Though on a day like this, so fresh in the new school year, I think we only have the groundskeeper to fear."

Leane bit her lower lip as she watched him swim closer, "Hmm, Hagrid doesn't like me too much. It's possible he'd rat us out, or me at least. Ooooo.. he better not turn me in if he catches us! They'll surely punish me by not letting me go to Hogsmeade Saturday. I'm very much looking forward to it for our dear little Anna is going to have her first date with Liam! Kalli and I were already plotting ways to spy without getting caught.. I don't want to miss it and let her have all the fun!"

Surprisingly enough, once her thoughts were turned away from Fynn and the situation, it was quite easy for her to calm herself and stay calm; that is, as long as she stayed talking and her thoughts were occupied so she couldn't think of Fynn, his bare chest, and the soft lips she adored so much.

"I'm sure you and Kalli can spy on her plenty. It's a bit weird to see her and Liam... last time I heard, I thought he was still dating a muggle." Making a face, Fynn leaned back in the water, looking up at the skies above with a quirky smile around his lips. "I mean, I've heard stuff here and there about your group of friends, but I didn't pay much attention to anything that didn't concern you... Though you and him did go out a while, didn't you?" Tilting his head to the side, he smiled lightly at Leane, teasing, "Do I need to be concerned about him?"

A deep blush covered Leane's cheeks as she stammered in reply, "Th-they had a falling out.. I'm not really sure what happened.. H-how did you know we went out? It was a few summers ago... i-it's n-not like it lasted long.. when we tried k-kissing... it felt awkward.. that's when-when we broke it off and decided it was nothing more th-than friendship after all..."

After the slight shock of Fynn knowing more about their doings than she realized, and her slight stammering confession, she flashed him a devious grin as she swam closer to him, "As for there being concern, there's definitely no need for it. I only have eyes for you, Fynn, I thought I made that clear earlier."

Still grinning as she swam up beside him, her bangs plastered to her forehead, her nose ring and the water on her milky skin glistening in the sun, she looked down into his eyes as she spoke softly, "Though maybe I need to refresh your memory, hm?"

"And get me all heated up again, despite being in the water?" Fynn grinned as he leaned in to nibble on her earlobe. "Too risky. And like I said - things that concerned you never fully escaped me... along with all rumours about you all doing mischief, like stealing books from the library." Quirking an eyebrow upwards as he slipped his arms back around her waist, he asked, "Which is something I still don't approve of, by the way."

Leane smirked as she stuck her tongue out and slightly pulled down her left lower eye-lid before laughing and replying, "Which is something I'm still going to do whether you like it or not."

Smiling as placed her hands on his chest tracing the outlines with her right pointer finger as she leaned in and placed a gentle kiss on his lips before whispering in his ear, "As for being risky, I like taking risks, it's more fun that way."

Still smiling, she winked before kissing his lips once more. After pulling away, her left hand slid up to caress his cheek while her right pointer finger continued to trace the outlines of his chest, neck, shoulders, arm, "You're coming to Hogsmeade Saturday with us, right Fynn?"

With his head tilted lightly to fit more of his face into her hand, Fynn gave a doubtful shrug, a small pout on his lips. "Actually... I don't have the permission slip signed for going into Hogsmeade. I always used the time for studying in the library, since it's so quiet with everyone away..."

Grinning a bit, the black-haired youth lifted up a hand, declaring, "I'm a nerd, sue me." As he placed a light kiss on Leane's nose, he added, "I don't suppose you'd ditch spying on Anastasia for studying with me...?"

Leane scrunched her nose and stuck out her tongue a bit as she made a 'bleck' face, "Studying? You sound like Saiyuri! What's the point in studying if I'm never going to understand it anyway? You've seen how terrible my charms are... why not just leave my horrid spells where they are and not endanger the lives of everyone in the school?"

Sighing, she playfully placed a kiss on his forehead and nose before answering, "Though as tempting as spying on Anna and Liam's date is, spending the day with you is much more tempting, even though it requires studying," she added with another 'bleck' face as she said the word 'studying'. "Just promise me one thing, we'll actually study things I'm capable of? I'm already made a fool of in class, I don't need to be made a fool of by my own fiancee."

Warmly, Fynn caressed her face, brushing the hair behind her ear. "You'd never make a fool of yourself in front of me, Lee." Though his smile had a certain amount of hidden amusement behind it, his voice was calm, quiet and dead serious. "I can't promise I'll make you excellent at Charms, but I can at least help you make less of a fool of yourself. If we help eachother out, we'll both end up better at it."

Leane smiled as she looked into his eyes, "Hmm.. but how can we improve each other? We're both dreadful! Me more-so than you, I'll admit, but how can two dreadful Charmers possibly improve one another? Besides, if you wanted to help me, you'd have to start back in third year Charms," she admitted with a deep blush.

"Then that's what we'll do," he smiled, kissing her lips in the process. "I don't care how much time we'll have to put in it. I'm sure your dad has higher expecations then a guy who can't even pass his NEWTs for everything, so really, we'll just have to keep up."

After a moments' consideration, Fynn added with a grin, "Though we should skip now and then, still."

Leane scowled at the mention of her father, "The bloody hell with my father's expectations.. I don't want you conforming to what he wants for a son-in-law if that's not who you already are! If you don't want to take NEWTs in everything, then don't! Don't you dare do it for my sake, Fynn MacMillan, nor for my father's!"

Sighing, a frowning pout still on her lips, she glared at the water to their right, "My father will just have to deal with whom I love, for he can't exactly change the fact that I'm going to marry you nor the fact that I'll love you no matter what he says. Therefore, he'll just have to accept who you are; all of you - everything you are, everything you're not - he can't change you and he'll just have to live with it. Besides, the worst thing he could ever do is disinherit me and leave everything to Josh instead of only half."

Shushing her lightly by caressing her cheek with his tongue, Fynn gave a light chuckle. "Alright, let me rephrase that. Other then wanting you with me, I don't know what I want out of life, Lee. So it's best to keep my options open, and my grades up." Tilting his head, he questioned, "Alright? I'm not conforming to anyone."

Still frowning, she eyed him, unsure if he was just comforting her or being serious, "Promise? Promise you won't change because of things my father may say?"

"I'm as stubborn as you are, Lee," Fynns' smile was tiny, his one eyebrow raised as he skeptically had his other eye closed a bit. "There's no way I'm going to change my plans if it's not something I'm happy with."
