when is the event supposed to start?

Although on Crys I am participating. Its pirate week. I've got all the items doubled so I guess I'm going to be selling them soon as its about time to for my Market charity thread. Its great I guess. Maybe I'll participate in this event. What are the details?

There are no details yet, I just heard it was going to be sometime this month.
