They really suck. They never cause headaches though, I only seem to get full on migraines. No minor headaches. Dx

I saw a recipe on tv that's supposed to help you sleep, but it involves a blender and I'm just not down with that.

Blenders are a bad idea. xD Too noisy for my liking. No form of food preparation should drown out my thoughts.
I could just go get some melatonen vitamins or sommat, supposed to make you sleepy. But sleep aids don't work. That's how I know it's not the naps xD
