You can still build muscle with plant based proteins.
That, and you can get fat through many different kinds of oils, such as coconut oil, olive oil as well.

All I'm saying is that on a vegetarian diet, you can be as equally sustained as you could were you eating meat. Meat isn't necessary for life. Not anymore.

And the nice thing about being vegetarian is that you can eat protein with every meal. If you were eating meat and you ate a bunch of meat with every meal it would cause a lot of health problems.
I think Menelaus posted some information on meat and it's negative effects on overall health. Fish, however, is supposedly very good for health.

I'm not huge on eating a lot of meat, but the one time I tried to go vegetarian, I realized that it just didn't work with me.
And this pregnancy, I'm craving so much meat - mostly chicken. It's throwing me off. lol. XD But hey, as Daniel has told me, as long as it makes me happy, it's ok. :P

Dead bugs are just nasty to me, but I've met someone who's also quite afraid of dead bugs. They look scary because bugs are bugs, no matter how alive.

Dead things in general are very scary for some reason...

Because Ava loves every living thing.

I love peanut butter and pickles. Pickles and vegan mayo is also really good.
