I get coldsores, and you're more likely to get them if your arginine levels are higher than your lysine levels. Lysine is found in soy beans, and arginine is found in seafood and nuts, and peanuts.
So basically I have to take lysine suppliments and not eat nuts or seafood.

Normally I wouldn't be worried too much (most people with coldsores aren't) But I get sick easily, and I'm trying to do makeup artistry, so my personal hygene and such has to be good. Big sores on your face would really be a downer to a makeup artist.

I get mine really often because of health problems mostly.

When I was a kid I used to eat sooooo much seafood and nuts, so I would get them about once a month. Haven't gotten one for a few months now :3

Soy is okay. I won't eat tofu for it's gayness levels. But soy is okay.

I get them in the winter. I guess I should.. eat more soy in March? XDD

And wear some form of chapstick, or lip moisturiser, especially if it's waxed based (I think). If you get harsh weather on your face, constant cold wind or weather, you're more likely to break out too :3

I like fried tofu, but hate raw/soft tofu with a vengeance!!!
