Hey guys, they're extending the beta apparently. Though it still says end of October. Also 1st half of 2012 has HP eBooks. Great for the Nook Color I'm probably getting for Christmas. XD

Pottermore Insider: Beta and Beyond

If they're extending the Beta, does that mean that The Chamber of Secrets is postponed too?

I can't wait for the ebooks. I want them for my Itouch.

I hope that the chapters aren't postponed to badly.

Ooooh, do you think we get to make a patronus in The Prisoner of Azkaban?

I've heard folks saying that we will have a patronus when that time comes. But I'm not sure if that's based on anything official, or just a wild rumor born of desire. ;D

OH I hope soo! I want to know what my patronus is! It probably is just a desire born rumor but we can hope.

It would suck if we couldn't. I mean, it's one of the most important parts of all the books.

MY favourite book has always been Goblet of Fire. Triwizard Tournament please? -flail-
It's unlikely, but maybe mini games or something. That would be good too.

I'm glad Pottermore has taken the decision to extend the beta testing period. It's much better than releasing a glitchy site with features unavailible the public. -nod-

I visited Pottermore today! I was taking a look at all the wand wood information in more detail. Isn't it all just so wonderful? :3

Hey cutie! I actually haven't been very active because of college; turns out the potion times aren't in sync with my classes. XD

I've been staying off Pottermore just so it's less crowded for new peeps. But yes, the wand wood descriptions are among the best of the new text, for certain! :)

Ah yes, McGonagall! OMG tears it was amazing reading her story, I was like "omg how do you have time to be a badass mofo woman" she is now my fictional idol forever.

Those were interesting to look at - I think I might like the first design for Gryffindor better that what was chosen.

I like the official one the best. I think if the lion didn't have its mouth open in a rawr it wouldn't really transpire the bravery of fellow Gryffindors everywhere.

I kinda wish they had gone with the 1st or the 2nd sketch with the tail out off the crest.

Haha, I was just about to post that! Anyone who's curious, Pottermore Insider just released the Hufflepuff and Slytherin crest information!

I personally think the tail out of the crest would have made the crest too cluttered and big, to be honest, but I can't argue that it looks amazing anyway. :P

Pottermore's going down on 2nd Novemeber to do some things. :ninja: And they're extending the beta once more. It's a good and a bad thing I guess, I hope it'll be improved like they said when it comes back up. Sucks for the non-beta people though, their patience must be wearing thin D:

Just saw that on the Insider. I'm hoping this means we can start brewing all the potions again and maybe even duelling. :D
