It is, actually. Thanks for the article, it's very interesting. I was rather concerned about it going very high with squats, because I've always had rather week legs, and 60 squats is a bit much for me.  I had actually been contemplating earlier today if I should break them up throughout the day. But it also doesn't say if you should do the 8-12 reps consecutively or gradually throughout the day or how much of a break to take in between. Do you know? I'm really just trying to work on my legs. I already have a big butt.  But it could probably use some sculpting here and there, too.
I shouldn't post it in here, then?
There are a couple different ab workouts I saw, but I'm just following one for now. Thus far it's not hard, though. But I already have a strong core, and just wanted an extra workout to do than just my legs so that I don't get bored.

A little bit of weight can go a long way. 60 squats is a lot for anyone so doing 10 high quality ones at a time will not only help you feel less weak, but it'll get you more benefits in the long run. More strength, less exhaustion.
Those squat challenges are just one of my pet peeves. I love working out, so it's always frustrating to see people killing themselves with programs that don't follow through!

Thanks for the heads-up. I'll give it a shot  I'm also really asthmatic, so I was concerned about the higher numbered squats.
