I dreamed last night! darn, I had so much fun talking with a friend during breakfast/lunch though that I don't remember.

I actually remember part of it now! I don't know if I can clearly articulate what I saw though because it was very strange. the part of the dream that's clearest to me is after I flew to a playground to escape something. A new story starts there.

A man and his wife are on the swings and are soon joined by a young, but rather large boy (not really fat, just large). The man makes chit chat with the kid. He seems like a good boy, but there's also something off. There are things he says like they're okay, but they shouldn't really be. Eventually the man and his wife figure it out. The kid is one of them. another race, another species entirely that also lives in this world. An enemy race that lives off of the type that the man and wife are. The kid doesn't seem to have an interest in eating them though. Even if they're scared, the man and woman keep talking to the kid like they don't know, afraid to alert him. Suddenly, the kid's family shows up. Instantly the man plays dead like the kid had killed him and hopes the other clan will take him and spare his wife. I can clearly see now that the man is also a strange alien once he sheds his human form and plays dead. the other clan indeed takes him. The wife in a way wants to protect the 'enemy' kid. The dream becomes really vague here. I'm not sure what happens next.

wow that does sound kind of weird and interesting... i'd like to hear more about it... you should make it a new story or something

a lot of my dreams deserve to be stories. I should write way more. I have too many good ideas.

I thought it was pretty lame the first time I saw it. interesting I guess, but i dunno. it was lame to my child's mind.

i think at the beginning it's supposed to be sort of surreal and then it's like bam! there are aliens and then it's more real and it can happen to any one... i sort of like how certain things tie together near the end though, like it all makes sense
m. night is a pretty good storyteller when he wants to be and some of his other movies are better, yes, but some are also really shitty :lol:
