Hehe. Amusingly enough, I never *actually* remember Valentine's Day when I'm in a relationship. And when I do remember it, I always spend it with my friends. We like excuses for dressing up and eating good food.

This has been kind of weird living my mene day all over again. Dejavu and all that. :)

So what DID I miss earlier today? What the hell happened? And it seems like the live function of the forum isn't working for me. I kept on looking at Rus's post saying she wondered what Steel meant and thinking "wow it's slow". Then I refreshed and I was like "Woooah!".

I've rarely *not* had a boyfriend on V-day. I just usually don't spend the day with said boyfriend unless he happens to be the sentimental type.

I don't think I've done much in the way of special for Vdays...I figure it's an overhyped holiday anyways, and trying to book a reservation at a restaurant is just unbelievable. :P

We'll see if hubby has any plans...

Heh, yeah. Try booking a reservation for six girls! Somehow, though, we always find a restaurant with a place for us. :)

Maybe we'll do something special at home, just the two of us....

I dunno. Hubby isn't overly romantic. He's very sensual in bed (TMI I know! :XD), but he's never done anything real cliche for presents. I think the sweetest thing he did was have some of my favorite photographs turned into charms - including a wedding day piccy of our kiss. :)

What happened was a certain staff member boned up on a certain thing and the site got rolled back to the most recent backup to fix it. :)

Which equated to bob knows how many posts and bob knows how much gold lost in the process. :)

It's okay, Izumi. I have a rule with every single boyfriend I've ever had that they are not allowed to buy me jewelry until we've dated long enough *and* they have sufficient income to buy something of decent quality. I don't like cliche gifts.
Best present? A sketch book with awesome paper that was exactly the type I liked, and he put this beautiful note on the first page.

Mm.. I don't like getting gifts.. xD or rather if they want to.. I'm there to say what I want.. :lol: That way he doesn't have to squirm about not knowing if I like it or not.. >.> xD

Well lets see...my ex husband bought me some cliche gifts which I still have, but aren't worth a damn thing....

Speaking of which, he had a handful of plushies of mine I wanted him to send me which never happened. I wonder what happened to most of my stuff. I told him the majority of it to donate to someone who can use it, or to a charity, etc. I did want a few items including the earrings my mom got me. He says he sent it several months back. Still haven't gotten it...

I wonder the same thing about a bunch of my stuff when I moved from my ex's place. :)

I wonder if he had a huge bonfire and made an effigy of me. :P

Actually nah I don't have any harsh feelings. In fact I just told the judge I wanted a clean split from him - he can keep the house and everything else of any value...

Heh. Luckily for me, I've never *lived* with any of my exes, so getting my stuff back has always been fairly painless.

Unfortunately, had I realized how unfriendly things would turn out between my ex and me, I would've taken a lot more stuff out of the place when I moved. :)
