I miss the old days of good evolving items. Now everything is a rapid evolving item & they seem so rushed that the items just don't really seem that appealing.

You're talking about the real early days of gaia 03 - early 05 where things weren't quite so bad... and the mod staff was fairly good. I had a were tail and fox ears and tail. I remember wanting the angelic headband but never got it. All my blue and pink gift boxes sucked so after the forth one I got I just started selling them... trunks I just sold because there was almost nothing in there I wanted.... I remember tons of hockey masks.

I also remember tons of noobs in peasant clothing lol

When we were younger we had moved to an area where we could have whatever we wanted. We had turkeys and chickens and rabbits and pigeons (the kid that look all awesome and flew up high and then tumbled all the way down just digging out of the tumble and flying right mere feet from the ground) and ducks. We were leaving near Tacoma then and we had slugs and the ducks would eat them so that you wouldn't come outside in the morning onto the big wooden deck and end up on your ass from slug slime.

We had gotten them for Easter and my sister and I were holding our ducks and her's just looked her in the eye and pooped right on her pretty Easter dress!

I try to not remember my Gaia days ._. I was on there mostly during my Jr. High-Highschool days which was a bad time for me because of my depression and such.

I've grown up a lot since then, mostly thanks to the therapy and taking up running. People who knew me were always amazed.

Yup. Lol. I owned some of those peasant clothes. The dress, shoes, and gloves. xD Then I felt rich when I bought some blue shorts and a shirt that probably cost 150g together. LOL. And yes, the angelic headband was another item I sought after then. It was another big deal item. Now it sells for 2k sometimes in the mp on Gaia.. ;_;

Yea I quit buying the evolving items when they started costing more than five dollars. Even the gold prices were high obviously because of the initial price... finally I remember a huge boycott peeps quit buying them and they lowered their prices by twenty-five percent on all evolving items.

I kept only buying the donation envelopes and that was it... I remember the envelopes themselves were somewhat expensive then when opened they either went up in price or down depending on the items.... some items really sucked so the price was like five to ten thousand gold... I'm sure they have went up since then.

The demonic headband went up in price big time for awhile I liked the peasant clothing a lot actually. I thought they were cute. I remember when getting the pink links were a huge deal one thousand gold was A LOT!
