as long as i make it past the first card i feel like it's a win

Ours are super simple, I don't even know where it started by I ate them as a kid. Just tortilla shells, taco cheese, pepperonis, and mushrooms.

Had a salad for lunch today and surprisingly didn't have a lot of issues. Thinking when the summer hits that's what I will be doing for lunches on a regular basis. Miss having salads for a meal.

It was raining so hard at one point this afternoon I pulled off the 4 lane highway & just sat there waiting for it to slow down.
All the idiots were still driving 70 mph most of them without their headlights on.
I just felt safer getting on one of the off ramps & waiting it out.

I love them in pancakes, waffles & cereal or just fresh picked by the handfuls.

I can't do salad for lunch it wilts to quick at work since I spend about half the day in the car.

Kristi brought in this chopped salad with cilantro Caesar dressing and damn was it tasty. Now I kind of want pickled beets, not sure why. I love them, don't get me wrong, just haven't ever craved them. Must have.
