thank you , and for energy i need to find something good cause my insomnia is affecting my work preformance

I have always been interested to see if energy drinks can even effect me. No amount of sugar has ever given me any sort of "high."

I've seen blueberry soda and pineapple is available at most grocery stores.

Come to think of it, yeah. I've seen those flavors as well.

I myself have had pineapple. I liked it, but I also love all things pineapple.

Only high I've gotten has been off weed :ninja:

sugar high is myth, and I seem to think people seem a little TO hyped up on the drink sometime. this one kid at my work pounds like water at lest 4 a day o.O he kinda seems a bit twaked out

Sounds like Mike. He can drink a Monster and still pass out and get sleep. Same thing with the big cup of coffee he has every day. He would still fall asleep.
Me- I'm wired and awake. Coffee doesn't phase me as much anymore, I still can get to sleep. But the energy drinks will keep me up all night even if I drank it well in advanced.

I've seen some that I like but if I made my own I could put in less sugar more juice other stuff like vanilla and caramel I dunno I like to cook/bake

I can fall asleep easily with energy drinks except for Nos. That fucks me up bad. However, I'm usually up at night. It's during the day that I wanna sleep.

I will try NOS at some point. Just for the hell of it. Other than that, energy drinks can gtfo.

@Ely: The grape one is yummy. I drank a bottle of it and was wired. It kept me wide awake for a good 14 hours after pulling an allnighter. However, well spaced out throughout a day/night, it provides the perfect energy level for me to not be tired and not lose my fucking mind :lol:

@Birdie: I don't know what's in it, don't pay much attention. It just happens to be the only energy drink that actually manages to pump me up.

energy drinks doooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo work on me but only the one that looks like a battery (jolt) and only the blue kind

My sleep schedule has been off since my ex decided that I was the best person to call at two in the morning for girl advice. >.> I'm getting back to normal, now. But it really screwed me up because he did it every day for a week until I changed my number.

nope sleep is for the week meaning that if you get any sleep it lasts the week cause that will be the only sleep you get

It usually takes a "shock" to get me back into my sleep schedule. A.K.A. getting up at the crack of dawn for school, being exhausted all day, and being physically forced to go to sleep when I'm supposed to.

@Sacri: Ahhh. Yes. That makes sense. I do all my sleeping for the week on the weekends, so it's very true. :lol:
