"Whats it to you?" He slurred from the chair he sat Finx sighed "I'll come back when you're sober." she turned to leave but he grabbed his arm "Oh no you don't you got me kicked out of the convention." he gripped her arm tighter "That was you're own fault now kindly let go." she said wincing as he squeezed tighter.

His food came then the man apologized for having to leave so early, he thought he heard something a couple doors down. At the moment it didn't register for him, Finx said she'd be fine. So he went to eating the food he ordered and let the man do his job. He went over and lightly tapped the door a couple of times, he could smell the strong scent of alcohol from inside the room.

He heard a yelp of surprise followed by a crashy bangy sound. He shoved her and she tripped crashing into the table between the beds and knocking the lamp over.

The hotel worker hearing this called down to his boss on his cell phone and told him the cops might be needed. He then just walked away trying to get the smell of the alcohol out of his nose. Angel hearing a smash got up and darted to hger door passing the worker and nodding. Her kicked the door down and seeing her yet again in pain he very carefully and stealthily ran over to her. "Are you okay?' he asked concern very ovious in his tone.

"yeah just knocked the lamp over." Finx said pulling herself to her feet slighlty annoyed.

"HE shoved you didn't he?" he asked. "Don't lie please, if he hurt you again, he needs to find help, and quit drinking." he said as he realized it stunk of alcohol. He whirled around and faced him. "How dare you?!" he demanded. "You hurt her twice as far as i know but I have seen bruises on her. You better leave before i have to hurt you." he said ready for a fight. He would teach him a lesson for hurting Finx.

"I'm not the one who has to leave you have no reason to be here. Get ou of are hotel room." Her boyfriend slured taking finxs arm and pulling her towards him.

He punched his shoulder knocking it out of place to the back. "Let her go you monster!" he said. His hatred for abusers obvious in his tone.

"Stop!" Finx said pushing them apart as her boyfriend punched angel in the face.

He felt it connect and didn't bother with it, knocking him unconscious with a good sucker punch. He was lucky his glasses still covered his eyes. He freed Finx's arm and got her away from her boyfriend. " I really think that he doesn't like me." he said smiling kindly at her. "But as long as your okay I don't care what he does to me." He blushed hoping she didn't think what he thought she might. He then slowly walked out seing that he was out cold and she was safe, he knew she might go after him if she wished.

Finx glanced at her boyfriend then ran after angel and clung to his arm. "Don't leave me with him." she said it in a small voice so quiet he almost didn't catch it.

He looked at her and had sympathy in his face and voice. "I thought It fair to give you the choice whether or not you wanted to stay in there or not, as you have made your choice come on." he said leading her to his room and shutting and locking the door. Once in He sat on his bed and left space for her.

Finx stood there in sure what to do she had left the hotel room without her other friends knowing the would surely wonder were she was when they got back.

"It's okay to sit down." he said. "Is there someone you need to call to let them know where you are?" he asked taking out his cell phone.

"Yeah there is but I don't know there numbers by heart and I don't have my phone with me." Finx said with a sigh.

"Oh, we'll get the message to your friends, don't worry." he said. "Come relax, you won't be treated like a rag doll with me, I promise you that." he said kindly.

"He doesnt treat me like a ragdoll I tripped." Finx said with a unhappy sigh.

"Then why were you so scared that I would leave you in the room?" he asked. He thought for a moment. "Sorry that was rude."

"Because he was drunk and you beat him up he might have mistaken me for you." finx said "nice job beating him up."

He stayed silent not wanting to hurt her verbally he just laid back and looked up. He needed to be kinder towards her she wasen't unlike any of the other victums he's helped.

"How on earth am I going to explain this to him when he finally comes too?" Finx asked herself out loud.

"I wouldn't know." he said. "Haven't been in that situation. To tell the truth never really had a girlfriend in general." he admitted blushing.

"Really?" Finx sounded surprised

"Yeah, I'm not kidding." he said. "One girl even told me that I creeped her out just because I always wear sunglasses." he chuckled making sure they were on good. "I never really cared that no one wanted to be with me, I figured get a good stable income first then worry about having a girlfriend and possibly one day family, but who knows?" He knew she couldn't see his eyes and that was half a facial expression so he shrugged in nonchallants as he admitted this to basically a stranger in most senses of the word.

"I got my first boyfriend still though I don't plan on getting married and having kids isn't in the plan either I maybe good with them but they annoy the crap out of me and I know I'll be a horrible mother." Finx said she had spent alot of time thinking these things over lately.
