walked for exercise? i've been telling myself to do some exercise. i used to ride this stationary bike thing that my neighbor has everyday for around 20 mins? then i got sooooo lazy and stopped after a week. LOL

Walking for 30 minutes a day is fantastic. Love how I feel when we get home from the walk.

Whenever you want to work out start out easy then progress and make it harder... start with doing only a few minutes and increase the time over a period time.

Dessert, certainly will do. 30 minutes is actually where I want to be, sometimes we go to 45 minutes.
