I've recently discovered I have a severe lactose intolerance issue (as in I literally get a fever and throw it up. It is that bad unfortunately)...and cream cheese, while I love it, is now on my no-no list. :( Cream cheese on a bagel was my favorite food for YEARS.

It's so delicious!!! I was never a fan of bacon, eggs, sausage, hash-browns, etc. So basically, most breakfast foods. But cream cheese on a bagel was my go-to breakfast. Either that or muffins...

Food allergies really stink. In addition to the milk, I can't eat raw peaches because I'm allergic to the fuzz on the outside (I can eat them if they have been skinned though), and I also had to give up soda due to an allergy as well. However, the soda thing isn't bad...been soda free for a long time now.

Just be careful with it and monitor it. I was always a little lactose intolerant...like my stomach would hurt when I had dairy but that was it. Until about 8 months ago - suddenly got way worse!
