They are fun and you don't have to worry about screaming children running around, and peeing in the pool XD

Yeah. I haven't been to any pools here in NYC. I cringe when I think of the number of people who have contaminated the water...

Some of the horror stories that my father has told me about some of the people that he has seen there I wouldn't want to either

My grandparents had a pool but it was very small and only about three feet deep. Still, it was nice to cool off in.

We don't have a pool but I wish that we did. We have a lake but the chemicals that people have been putting in it make me not want to swim in it.

I used to swim in my friend's private lake but it was so dirty, like silty, that you came out and your leg hairs were completely brown! Keep in mind this is when I was a young girl, not yet of the age to shave.

Yeah that is how this lake is not to mention you can see the film of chemicals on the surface of it.

If I had blonde hair maybe I wouldn't shave but my hair is very dark...

So is mine, but having blond hair isn't any better because my friend has blond hair and she doesn't shave and she is as hairy as a man.
