Can't believe i've not even posted in here yet.

Silent hill 2 is by far the best. The most scary place in all is the prison, with the prison toilet thing being the jumpiest part. ;-; I love Pyramid Head.

Can't wait for Downpour, can't believe it got put back to next year.

I know I do and its normally just at random monsters aswell. Hopefully Downpour is going to be scary. And silent hill 2 is really good but I think homecoming is my favorite because its the first one I played. But the second one has rape scenes.

And Pyramid Head is actually scary in number 2 because he just appears behind you and chases you every now and then. In homecoming he's so lame.

His role is to judge people. He was judging James. He was judging Alex's parents. Alex didn't do shit wrong. So PH left him alone.

Well, that's what he was supposed to do. And since Alex wasn't a sinner, he didn't really care for going after him. IMO, I think PH is only good if he has a reason to chase you around. If he's chasing you around for no reason, that's just kind of stupid. Silent Hill gave PH a purpose and a reason.

Have you seen the gas mask guy in the Downpour trailer, do you think he's meant to be the next Pyramid Head replacement?

I dont know i havnt really seen anything about the new one. And yeah butcher was crap, i mean you kill him, just proves that hes gay.

The Butcher was interesting. He had no reason to kill, he just did. And he was random.

I'm looking forward to playing Downpour. It looks amazing. And I hope it is PH. Pyramid Head is the mascot of the SH series. Getting rid of him is like getting rid of a donor kidney that someone desperately needs.

Dont forget about Robbie Rabbit aswell :D Hes amazing too.

^ Robbie has showed up here and there. He's more of a filler than a character. But I agree, Robbie is a staple in the series. As are the nurses and the dog.

Yeah, but Pyramid Head was only brought in second game. . . I dunno. He has a gas mask, not a pyramid on his head, therefore, he's already ruined. Also, Downpour wont have the nurses, seeing as they said it's not going to be set in any of the usual places.

I'm still looking forward to Downpour though and the HD remakes of 2 and 3.
