Takumi scuttled behind Hime and hid behind her, making sure to keep a strong eye on Shan. "Heee, they are quite cute." he replied nervously as he began to fidget with his hands. For once he was glad his sister was here to break up an awkward conversation, no matter how cute the girl, with a tad bit of creepy strangeness, they were.

"Um, did I say something strange?" Shan asked, looking down at the floor, her face red again. "I probably did, didn't I? I don't really get out much so I never really know what to say," she added, not realizing she had been thinking out loud.

Takumi peeked out from behind his sister. "Oh! Nooo, it's just...um....I'm allergic to paprika...and.....you have some on you?" In a situation like this that was the best excuse he could come up with. "But enough of that, my friend. Why don't you get out much? There's a lot to do and it's always sunny out. Where I come from it's almost always rainy and cold so I'm making the most of this in Menewsha."

Paprika? What was that? Shan wondered. "Um, well.. I have a lot of work to do, so I don't have the chance to get out often. Right now I'm lucky to have any free time at all. There are so many things to do at one time, it gets really tiring. Sometimes I have free time and all I can do with it is use it to sleep."

Takumi blinked. "Work? What is it you do that is so tiring?" he asked with a curious look in his eyes. Takumi didn't really do "work" he did favors, for free. He just enjoyed helping people out even if it did sometimes mess up his hair.

"Um... schoolwork." Shan said. "It's not difficult, it's just a lot, so that it all sort of piles on top of each other. That will all be over soon, but it's still quite stressful."

Takumi placed a his finger up in the air indicating he had an idea for his new friend. "I say you burn all your work it a fire of youth and passion!" Takumi didn't really believe in school work or that it existed. He clapped his hands together. "Yosh! And I the great Takumi Uruashi shall help you." he beamed at her.

Shan looked at him, baffled. "But I'll fail all of my final exams without my work!" she protested. "Hours of work gone within seconds..." She trailed off for a moment. "That is quite tempting though. If only my future didn't depend on my grades," she said, half smiling.

Takumi sighed and but his obnoxiously huge lighter away, he wasn't a pyro maniac he just liked setting things on fire. "Well, Shan, what is it you're going to be in the future?" Takumi didn't really like the future, he only lived for the present. It was his philosophy and also the philosophy of the stickers the gypsy lady was selling during the festival.

Puff looked around Mene, looking for company. As she spotted Takumi, she waved frantically. Hopping up and down, she chirped, "HIIIII!" as she smiled cheekily. She bounded over, heedful of the rocky road so she wouldn't trip.

Shan smiled at the question. "I want to be an artist," she told him. Drawing was something she truly had a passion for. She worked hard at school, but that was only because she wanted to be an artist in the future. She had already been accepted at the art college of her choice. She was exited. Finally, she'd meet more people like her. Shan was distracted from her train of thought at the sound of Puff's voice. She seemed like the cheerful type.

No one seems to notice about musasgal drawing in the corner of the Roleplaylng Forum. She never seems to post any of her work. She knew that she doesn't cut up to be an Menewsha Artist.

Takumi happily stared at the bouncing girl and franticly waved back. "Waaaaah!" he ran over to her and hugged her head. "You are so adoraaable!" He rubbed his cheek against hers. "So, sooo, adoraaaable!" Takumi had issues when it came to cute things, he'd attach himself like glue onto them. Whether it be a person or even a turtle and not let go. He also had a habit of calling them his children.

Shan blinked as Takumi ran over to the other girl. He seemed so full of energy. Was she the only one who was incapable of being so energetic? It's not that she was lazy, it was simply because she was introverted. Somehow, she felt left out of a loop that everyone else was familiar with.

Hime silently snuck up behind Shan and pounced on her. "GREETINGS, FRIEND!" she called out. "How've ya been, Miss Shan? Didja miss me? Huh? Huh?!" She rolled off of Shan and onto her stomach looking up at her brother and the new girl. "TAKU! STOPPAT, THAT'S WEIRD AND EMBARRASSING!" she yelled with her cheeks beginning to show a pink tint. She covered her face with her hands.

"Eee]!"Shan turned another vibrant shade of red. "Um, I've been fine. Yourself?" she asked, as Hime rolled on to her stomach. "M.. miss? are you alright?" she asked, when she saw that Hime's face had turned pink.

Puff choked a little as Takumi smothered her in a "hug." She started to feel a little lightheaded, so she gently pushed on his bare chest. "Air... air..." she murmured as she wobbled around, dizzy. She tripped on the rocks she had so carefully avoided before, and fell onto Shan. "Oops, sorry!" She gave a sheepish grimace as she regained her balance. Once she did, she had already spun around and noticed another girl, inconspicuous to her before, scratching a pencil onto a white surface - either a pad or a piece of paper. She hopped over and, with a bubbly exterior, introduced herself to the girl who kept herself in solitude, as no one she feel lonesome in such a friendly place as Mene!

Takumi danced around with his new hat. "Baaaah!" he smiled and tugged on the ears. "Sure my quest kind of went down the drain once I bought it but I mean..AINT IT CUTE?!" He rolled around on the floor for a little bit in his joyous state even though he was a good 450g in the back track for his quest he was completely happy. His commons could wait his new hat was too important.

Puff rudely abandoned the drawing girl as she hopped over to Takumi and his new hat. "Hwaaa, it's so cuuuute!!" she cried, playing with its ears. "Are you going to name it?" She blissfully started gnawing on it; it was adorable enough to eat.

Shan looked at Takumi, whose hat was being chewed on. It could not have tasted that good, so why was the girl gnawing on it? Perhaps because it was adorable? But Shan did not see the connection between that and the actual taste. In the last day, Shan's eyepatch had disappeared, along with her previous outfit, and her hair had turned black. As if she wasn' feeling out of place already.

"Jumbie." Takumi stated blankly. Jumbie after a plane, a very important plane. He pet his Jumbie's plushie pink cheek as the younger girl gnawed on the ears. He didn't really mind that his hat was being eaten by a girl he'd just met but Jumbie had not retorted to it so he let the girl chew. "Maaaah." he dreamily stared at the sun, he was in pure bliss.

Puff realized that some people may not have shared her same tastes in cuteness. She reluctantly freed Jumbie's ears and patted it twice, before giggling while wading in the hat's adorableness. Puff poked its nose and squealed a little, then ran away, slightly embarrassed. It's not like she could help that Takumi's cuddly little bun-bun hat was so enticingly cute.

Takumi happily patted his hat and smiled. "Jumbie is doing very happy! I just really hope he doesn't get lonely. I don't really want to by his friend Mr. Fox, he's quite rude and orange isn't exactly the colour of life to me." he sighed. Takumi looked around anxiously he was going to have to work extra hard these next few days to get his new dream avatar to go along with his Jumbie-chu. He silently stared at both Puff and Shan. "Um...did you plan to have those matching coloured outfits?" he smiled brightly. "It's a very cute coincident."
