Lol... The american dream means something different for everyone. So you could ask 100 people and get 100 different answers but what it really is, is whatever makes you happy. That's the root of it. Pursuit of happiness. If I had an essay about that I'd write that one sentence and turn it in. I'm sure I'd fail but it would have kinda made a point. lol...
Fine.. more drinks for me. And I have.. coffee to drink.

Mmm... water is good for you. I'll drink that tomorrow. Not that I'm like one of the people that thinks "OMG! I won't be able to drink for a year! Better give myself alcohol poisoning now!" but sometimes when you can't drink, you just have one of those days that a nice cold drink would be good. I'm kinda just drinking to avoid taking the pain pills. And my teeth still kinda hurt. Darn teeth! *pulls them out with pliers* That's better... except for the blood... *spits the blood into a trash bin* Hmm... SHoulda thought that out a little more I think.. *spits more blood*
I kinda shammed my way through HS, only did what was really necessary. I was too easily distracted. I had all good grades but the classes weren't the most challenging because I wanted to do other things :P Draw comics and stuff with frirnds :D My senior paper was on The Burmuda Triangle for crying out loud! I made most of teh stuff up. And my junior paper was about The Mayans. lol

I never had to write papers like that. I struggled in a lot of my classes and worked pretty hard, or at least as hard as a person can without ever studying. I had a serious case of senioritis though last year!

I had a partial root canal on tuesday and I ate something thinking that I could chew on that side because it didn't hurt but boy was I mistaken! It hurt more than getting my wisdom teeth pulled. I cried. Yup.. and then took a pain pill. It's like.. pain or fuzzy head. I don't want either but pain is worse.
I think I'm just gonna hang out on this thread now. *makes a nest at the top of the water slide* Caw! Ca-caw! lol.
I never studied either. I don't really know how. I just know that if I take notes in class I'll never look at them again but I'll have it memorised better than if I didn't. I think the worst class that I ever had was economics/psychology. I was pumped for the psychology class but they slipped the economics in there and it was BO-RING! I lost all will to pay attention the first day, and my best friend was in the class sitting right behind me. We laughed through the whole class and made comics. We got in SO much troubl every day! Got yelled at all the time. lol

I didn't always take notes either. I'm very good at remembering the thing that are lectured on. I got yelled at for doodling in history all the time. this one evil teacher took off 5 pts for doodles on something I turned it! Economics was boring and made no sense to me.

Better to do it while you are youger! I hear that it hurts less because the wisdom teeth grow with age. Trust me... do it now while its still not fully developed :P
I won't grow up, I won't grow up, I will never wear a tie! :P I used to love that peter pan.. the one with the woman as peter.
I don't remember a thing from economics except that our comics were HILARIOUS because we made fun of one of the preps in the class. She was called Brooke and we called her sponge brooke square head. Went on about how she got her square head by having her head smashed into the desk a million times and then all the indecent things she did for a good grade. lol... and gym class was the best because once we were playing soccer inside and someone kicked the ball hitting her in the head. They were like, sorry! And kicked it again, hitting her in the head again, but this time it bounced off the soccer goal and hit her in the head again. I would't believe it if I wasn't there to see it. LMAO

woman as peter? I love the animated movie and I also like Hook. I tried to read part of the play at one point, but couldn't find it all in the magazine.

It's best to get them removed early. In China they do it when you are like 12! Way before they come in. But that makes it easier for the recovery. Yup.. I wish I got mine pulled a LONG time ago. But I always said that they didn't need to be pulled because they didn't hurt me at all. I lied. They would hurt but only sometimes and if I didn't take something for the slight pain I'd get a migrane. So when I found out I was deploying I thought I'd go ahead and get them pulled to fend off any future pain and they made a date about a week out from teh day I got screened. My wisdom teeth hurt every day until the day I got them pulled. LIke they knew it was coming and wanted to take revenge on me for it. But getting them out wasn't bad at all. I got put under and before I got the iv they even numbed the site! Talk about lush. We'd never do anything like that in the army. lol... I was in and out in less than 45 minutes. Simple ^^
The movie that had a woman as peter I want to say that it was Julie Andrews but I only say that because that's the first name that comes to mind. I'm pretty sure that I'm wrong but that one was interesting. I love the animated version and Hook! I love Robin Williams! It makes me sad that he's getting old. I don't want him to die. He's a great actor. His one about the hospital sticks with me the most, the free hospital? You know it? And the one where he starts as a robot with a glitch and wants to become human, and he does eventually just before he dies. Sad movies. Oh and the one where he dies and goes to heaven and then his wife kills herself but they are soul mates so he sets out to look for her in hell. I love those ones. And Jumunji! Awesome!
Yes. I suppose we were trouble makers. There were so many times that we could have got caught and put into juvi for what we were doing but I guess we were lucky. I'm not going to say what we were doing exactly, nothing written. Don't want to incriminate myself :P

When you are 12 the teeth are there but they are really small and they grow with time. I have a really narrow mouth so I don't really have room for them anyway. I should have had them pulled years ago. The worst part was when they injected me with the stuff to put me under and everythign started to go black and get fuzzy. I flashed back to the only other time I as put under, when I was 7 and had my tonsils and adenoids removed and I had this terrible dream where I was stuck in a funhouse with clowns... I wasn't even scared of clowns but that scared me. I ended up forcing my eyes open because I couldn't get out, good thing they were already donw with the procedure! But when I was going under this last time I was relaxed but then I though, I wonder if this is what it feels like to die? and my heart rate jumped up and I started to freak out. The doc was like, "Take a deep breath and relax." Then the next thing I knew they were waking me up and I was walking out of the building. *shrugs* Oh if you really want to watch a scary movie that is still scary today, you should see Stephen King's IT. I've never watched the whole thing but Tim Curry is an evil clown in it. That would scare anyone. I refuse to watch scary movies now. I'm all alone all the time and started to freak myself out the other night when I was going to bed. I thought I saw something move out of the corner of my eye and looked... I swear the belts on the floor looked like snakes and it was really dark so I couldn't tell if it was s snake or not O_O I had to reeeeaaaach to hit the light and see it was just a belt. *phew*
Huh? Did I ramble again? :P

yes you did. and my room, I'm very sure is haunted. I've seen and heard some weird things like typing in the middle of the night when my roommate is asleep. this really loud and furious typing. I've seen black shapes of the corner of my eye by the door many times and I've heard loud water in the plumbing and sounds like the faucet is running when its not. that faucet also doesn't work well. its like there's gum stuck up in it that make it squirt out spastically.
I kinda rambled too. I didnt even really respond to your post. ^^

Sure... it was in a way a response. A ramble is best faught with a ramble! Fight fire with fire I suppose. I mean, why throw water on it? That would only make sense. I don't knwo how you'd throw water on a ramble anyway. I know I had a competition with my hubby once but it was an unspoken competition when we first met to see who could write the longest e-mail and I squashed him leaving him without a chance of beating me. SO he gave up :P But to answer you in a way. I understand why you might not want to watch something scary then. There was only ONE time when I thought I might have come in contact, sorta, with something from teh other side. I was sleeping and it woke me up. This sound, it sounded like music underwater. Like someone was singing that had drowned. I freaked out and pulled the covers over my head and tried to go back to sleep. You know, like when you are a kid.. did you ever wake up and then think you saw something and pull the blankets up and hold your breath hoping there was nothing there? Well... I did. A lot I think. I had an active imagination I believe. I don't like sleeping here. I always have a light on when my hubby is gone. I can't sleep in total darkness without him here. I don't trust the house. We had mice for a while but I think I took care of them. Might have just been a pair becaue I haven't seen or heard any signs of them. I caught one in a trap.. poor thing but I don't like mice poo and urine everywhere.. and the other got it's leg caught.. broken I bed withthat much force. It got away when I went to release it. I didn't knwo what to do with it, but I think it left. Scared... Either that or it died.. O_O

I like fire. put that on fire any day! And for some reason I'm not too scared most of the time in my room. I only get scared when I can't recognize a noise and I think its like...animals or someting. like at home when the squirels run around on my roof. when I didn't know what that way, it sounded like there were rats in the walls and that scared the crap out of me! I don't mind the scary movies, everyone around me does and I'm not going to rent a scary movie to watch by myself!!
I think I saw a ghost once. or a very quick and sneaky person. they looked very solid though I wasn't paying much attention until I realized they weren't in front of me again. I thought that was so cool! but they probably walked into a building while I was zoned out.
and as a kid I didn't pull the covers over my head. I would close my eyes and lay deathly still so maybe the creepy creatures wouldn't notice me.

There were squirrels living in the attic at my mom's house when I went to visit. I thought it was rats at first and that scared me too! lol.. but then I got a flash light and went up there, saw them and they were cute ^^ The didn't really bother me after that. Just the Camel crickets down stairs :S They were awful. *shudders* I don't like those. I was always scared to deploy to Iraq because of the camel spiders. Those things are evil. I never want to see one. I heard that they chase after you because they want to get in your shade but they are called camel spiders because they will hide under a camel and kill it by eating through to it's stomach X_x but they aren't really spiders. More closely related to scorpions because of their legs I think? I dont want to wiki it... the pictures of spiders creep me out. And I killed two brown recluses in here when I was cleaning one time. I think that the brown recluse is the worst because of it's poison. It doesn't attack your nerves like ablack widow but it eats away at the flesh and makes it just rot off the bone. It's really really horrible. *pukes* I hate those spiders. I dont think there are any good spiders actually. At least with snakes you have the grass snakes that are harmless ad even a little cute, that doesn't exist in the spider world.
I'd like to see more ghosts. My mom used to see a lot, since she was 16 and they lived in an old house that used to be a retirement home. She saw two indian brothers where we used to live that would play mean jokes on her, til one day they were both at the foot of her bed and appologized for tricking her and said that they would keep the other spirits away. She hasn't seen any since that night.

squirrels aren't that cute!! At Wing's school, they throw acorns at people and randomly attack cats!! ANd can we not talk about spiders?!! I mean really. At least daddy long legs aren't dangerous! a bit annoying when the mob camp grounds and you can't even go the bathroom because they're all over the toilet! okay, really, lets talk about snakes instead. I mentioned Snake Charmer. yep, I love snakes because of her. Well, not to the point where I want one or anything, but they have their merits.
wow, that's really cool! like guardian spirits. it would make a good story. my campus is supposed to be one of the most haunted places in the area. people actually come to visit it and ghost watch. there are a few rooms that are now sealed off because of ghosts. I've heard tons and tons of consistent tales of activity on campus. there are so many people that killed themselves here!! I probably couldn't find a place to hang myself because they're all already inhabited by the dead!!

I was thinking maybe I'd have a snake one time. Just something that's not poisonous or really dangerous. A python at the most but probably a grass snake of some sort. And dayy long legs aren't harmless! Ok, they KINDA are because their fangs cant penetrate human skin but they are just as poisonous as a black widow. It's true and scary. I used to live in one place where there were paths back way back in the woods and people would camp there. There was a building that was covered, the entire thing, from top to bottom, with daddy long legs. We would throw water on the building to make them fall off. Come to think of it, it was a bathroom. lol.. and there was a creepy old guy, granted he wasn't old but when you're 7, everyone is old... and he was living back there in the woods. Me and another friend went to see him one time and he carved me a duck out of a stick ^^ He as really a nice old guy. I think he might have been like 25.. OMG.. I'm old.. *dies*
What school do you go to kat?! That sounds like a really cool place to visit on halloween though. I know this past year some people I work with were going to drive to West Virginia to visit a haunted insanity ward. lol... I would have liked to go but I didn't want to make my hubby jealous because he couldn't do anything then, he was training. So I had my halloween here on mene :P

I know that they are poisonous, but they're just bothersome and gross to people. Its really gross that they covered a wall though and that old guy sounds pretty cool!! I guess the spiders like water? because the bathroom at the camp I went to was by a pool. and haha! you're old!! HAHAHA okay, not really. you aren't old.
St. Edwards University. *gasp* now people are going to stalk me!! not really. well, maybe you would! I had halloween on mene too because I didn't want to get squashed in the crowds of people on 6th street plus i'd have to walk there and I didn't want to go to parties and clubs with my roomates.

Why do they stil have Christmas commercials on tv!? Anyway...
I'm not old! *scowls from the other side* I'm gonna haunt you. lol... but that might be considered stalking so nevermind... Spiders like water. Thats why I like water bugs ^^ They eat spiders :P I used to catch them when we would go swimming in this pond.. yeah.. a pond. It was fun though. It was dug out and really nice unless it was super hot, then the water smelled bad. But there were canadian geese in the pond that decided to stay there year round. And the pond had little islands on it that we named. The big one was Goose island because that was where they made thier nest, the next one was Misty island because of the mist in the morning, it would cover the whole island, and then ghost island was the littler of the 3... my sister named that one... then way in the back was wish island. My sister and I used to swim way out to it and take a rock off the tiny island and when we were swimming back you'd have to drop the rock and make a wish ^^ I almost drowned out there once. Note to self... don't laugh while swimming. Not good.
I have no idea where that is but I do have the internet! lol..we are already friends on FB so if I wanted to stalk you I think that I would start there. lol. Parties are over rated. My best friend is trying to get me to do some drinking-texting. Where we just take shots and text... it's kinda rough. Usually I do it to her like.. take a shot for me! And another one for tex(my old dog)! And one for Amina(my daughter)! And whoever else... lol

my roomate was listening to xmas music. and there's this on commercial that wishes you a merry x-mas that only started to come on in the summer. confused the crap out of me! and it was a realy bad commercial too!!
I said you weren't old! yesh!!!!!! yes, that's worse than stalking!!! oh yeah, the lake at the cam was infested with water bugs and water spiders. not the best water to swim in really...and that is why no one did. sounds like you had fun. There's a tiny island at this lake called hippo island. I don't know why. its like 2 feet across. I nearly drowned at sliterban once. Got sucked into a current and couldn't get out because I'm not a strong swimmer.
yeah, that ocured to me. I really hope I don't get killed one day because of adding random people on fb...lol. I don't think so, but it happens.

Oh sure. Is that what happened? SO you claim. The internet died. A likely story. *tch* As if! But that happened to me a few days ago and I thought I was going to die from lack of internet. I didn't have it all night and in the next morning til the cable man came to fix it. Thank goodness. I woudn't be able to function without it. *huggles the internet* I wuv yous
Well... I don't really add random people and I wouldn't worry about someone stalking you I guess. I don't think that crap really happens unless you are a complete idiot and are just asking for it like, "Here is where I live... here is when I'm alone... I'm asmall defenseless little girl... blah blah blah..." Those people are just out for attention in all the wrong places.
I was at the beach the year before last when some kid got sucked out in and under current and was about to drown. I swam out there to get him with my boogie board. I was like trying to push him in on it and swim myself back in. OMG.... I never thought I was gonna die more than then. And the kids' mom didn't even notice! Sheesh. Not even a thank you after all that. Took like 15 minutes to get into shore again! *pant, pant* But it was cool. The kids sister was like, OMG.. thank you so much... she was only like 10 though. :S Parent's need to watch your kids at the beach and anywhere around water!!! Forget tanning! Stupid...

of course that's what happened!! I need to take Isis (the laptop) back to the IT desk. this is the second time in a week. I mean, I've only had internet this semester for something like 3 days! the rest its not worked. it just tells me there is an error in the network and to take it in to the IT people. I couldn't stay away! I hate when Isis isn't working!!
yeah, that makes sense. I have added a few people from sites that are good people (at least I hope!) but I'm sure no one would stalk me. I'm not stalk worthy really. but you really never know when a really sick person is using a site to gain the trust of victims!! (I watch too much cop shows!)
OMG! you saved a kid!! HERO!! *hugs* and really, idiot parents! that's so horrible that they didn't even notice! if the sister was more observant than them, then something is wrong! I really hate swimming in the ocean because I'm likely to end up like that kid...
I never really listned to x-mas music this year. I can take some songs, like TSO's stuff, but yeah, I have to listen to the music in small quantities. maybe one x-mas song during this month, then two here...et.

I liked that oen show where they lured the would-be creeps to the house pretending to be like a 14 year-old girl. I'm likea, YEAH! GET THOSE DARN CREEPS! PEOPLE LIKE THAT NEED TO BE LOCKED UP ANYWAY! I mean... a 40 year old man doesn't need to be talking to a 14 year-old anyway. No matter what, unless it's his daughter! Freaking creeps. When I was like 16 I dated a 27 year-old. I didn't think anything of it then but looking back on it now i'm like CREEPER! EWEWEWEWEWEWEWWW! lol.
Haha... I love the ocean. I'd like to be a life guard at the ocean but I know that the tests they go through are really vigorous. I don't knwo if I could even make it through. Now that I'm in the army I probably have abetter chance but still. It's tough stuff *cries* This was at a state park island. It's pretty cool. You can go camping there ^^ It's awesome at night, except for the bugs! There are the no-see-ums, they are really called that too, you can't see them but they bite the crap out of you. And the mosquitos.
I try to overdose myself in December ^^ I love decorating and the whole family thing. I guess it's because I never really celebrated Christmas with a huge family but I can't wait to do it with my hubby's family. He has 22 aunts and uncles! So you can only imagine how many cousins  lol I love them all ^^ So funny ^^
