I have a lot of equipment at my house so I do a mix of weight lifting and cardio

I can't afford to focus on tastiest and healthiest...

I work as a disability care provider type person... but my employer job gives us a royal screw you on a daily basis

Almost never at this time. The last time I went to the gym was two weeks ago.

Why so long ago?

Going to the gym is fun with a buddy. And then afterward, you're both smiling and laughing so much from the endorphins...

I used to go the gym a lot with my buddies wife when I lived with them but after I moved out I stopped going with her because I had all the gym equipment I needed here in the house with me

Oh right, I remember you had mentioned that. Very convenient, especially since I recall you clean your house pretty regularly...the treadmill isn't about to become a clothes line :)

Nah, though I never use the treadmill. I have a bicycle machine, some free weights, a tread climber type thingy, and then a golds gym weight thingy that has a bunch of cables and stuff. I prefer to bike and use free weights or go hiking with a weight vest and/or ankle weights on instead of using the treadmill because I HATE running.
